Looks

Hey! This is for you Shoppers, Fashionistas, and Bargain Hunters
Ross, T.J.maxx, Dillards Warehouse(mostly for its clearance), and Marshalls are great stores to find some unique fashions. They're constantly getting new varieties of shipments of everything. Plus, if you love NesTea and you're in an area where it is rarely sold, than T.J.maxx and Marshalls are some good places to buy it after working up a thirst shopping.

Once in a while it's cool to check out a thrift store for a couple eclectic or one-of-a-kind styles. Or if you really need to pinch a penny, mix it up with your clothes in your closet. If you usually wear black, where neon, Mix up some colors. Dig up some old forgotten clothes and try to make it work. A good idea for finding things to go with a piece of clothing is to look it up online and find it or a similar item. Then, you should usually see an outfit with it. in the picture.

My hair I.D

Now, I have black/ really dark brown, almost to the belly button length, when wet, curly kinky hair ( not quite curly kind of a random squiggly shape on each "curl"). I am half Filipino half African American. My hair does have a lot of volume when air dried and is better when dried in a braided ponytail for 24+ hours. It has a Cotton bally feel and texture to it and I've only cut it once when i found a pair of sharp scissors at 4 years old (Which came out as some really cut bangs).

What I Do To Stay In Control:

If you have hair you know that knots are annoying. To fight those tangles I comb my hair in the shower, the water is constantly going through your hair like a natural dangler. It's best to gradually comb your hair until it becomes thoroughly wet then comb it as much as you like. Make sure its a comb that is okay when wet. I wet a comb once that smelled like amplified wet dog smell.

I use Redken shampoo and conditioner great for ALL hair types. A cool combination is split end repair Tresseme shampoo and Redken conditioner. Half of the time I don't use shampoo just conditioner. If your having problems with an oily scalp or dirty scalp try to use shampoo if you don't all the time like me, and especially get ALL of those knots out I learned from experience that knots collect dirt and get gross if not caught. Don't forget to get that comb close to the scalp, a lot of my knots form there.

A tip for you curlies out there: If you want to preserve curls overnight try putting it a loose pineapple ponytail. DON'T tie it more than twice or you will get little dents in your hair when undone and enjoy your hair. If you really don't want to mess up your hair try wrapping your hair with a thin smooth scarf before you sleep or on long sleepy car rides. Its cslled beauty sleep so you should turn out beautiful.

( NOTE: Not me)

Boys?

If you're a boy, male, dude, and not a girl here are some crush worthy fashion advice.

"Hey, I mean I'm a dude I don't shop!" Well ,whatever. No matter how unoften you get clothes, you still, somehow, get clothes. It doesn't really matter where you get them as long as they fit and they're comfortable. If you totally agree with this statement, were done, stop reading this, go on, bye.
If you're still reading this than you care about how you look (or at least your clothes) somewhat.
Okay now for the tips, no more stalling.

  1. Personality always overcomes looks so don't take this too seriously.
  2. Baggy saggy pants? Very cliche (overused) especially in school where it's not allowed. It doesn't make you look cool, it just makes it look like your trying too hard to be cool.
  3. If you want, try to be more clean cut. Smooth down your hair ( unless it's a Mohawk, bald, etc.), wash your face, try to make a small effort.
  4. If you're really skinny try dressing in layers, just don't go overboard or don't where skinny jeans.
